• Camera & Photos: Used exclusively for water analysis and fish catch identification features. Photos are transmitted to our AI service provider for processing and are not stored after analysis completes.
• Device Information: Basic device model and OS version for app compatibility purposes only.

How We Use Your Data

All data is used exclusively to deliver fishing-related features. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

• Weather data provided by Open-Meteo (used under free license with attribution). No personal data is shared with the weather provider.
• AI analysis powered by cloud-based language/vision models; photo data is transmitted for processing only and not retained by the AI provider.

Data Security

All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. API keys and server credentials are never embedded in the app binary.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.

Lifetime Purchase & Service Continuity

A one-time purchase grants you full access to all current features of YFish for the lifetime of the service. While we intend to operate YFish indefinitely, in the event the service is discontinued, purchasers are not entitled to refunds or compensation. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any service changes.
